10.1 Sample Jar Policy

  • With every A2 Ghee purchase (500 ml, 1 L, 5 L, or 15 L), a free sample jar (approx. 10–20 ml) is provided.

  • The sample is meant only for tasting, smelling, and satisfaction check.

  • The net weight mentioned on the main jar/container is inclusive of the sample net weight.

10.2 Allowed Return Window

  • Return requests must be raised within 7 days from the date of delivery.

  • Requests after this period are not eligible.

10.3 Eligibility for Full Refund

SECTION 22 – MEMBERSHIP TERMS & CONDITIONS

22.1 Membership Plans

Gyros Organic Farms (YBTarget Core Pvt. Ltd.) offers the following membership plans:
• 3 Months
• 6 Months
• 12 Months
• Lifetime Plan (defined below)

By purchasing a membership, the customer agrees to be bound by these Membership Terms & Conditions in addition to all other site policies.

22.2 Membership Benefits

Active members are entitled to the following benefits during the validity of their plan:
• A flat 12% discount on eligible products at all times
• Discounts up to 18% during special campaigns, events, or promotional periods, as determined solely by Gyros Organic Farms
• Early access to selected offers, launches, or promotions

Membership benefits apply only when the customer is logged into the registered account used at the time of purchase.

22.3 No Free Shipping

Membership benefits do not include free shipping. All standard shipping charges apply unless explicitly mentioned during a specific promotion.

22.4 Validity of Plans

Each plan is valid for the duration selected at the time of purchase (3 months, 6 months, or 12 months), starting from the date of successful payment.

The Lifetime Membership is valid for a period of ten (10) years from the date of purchase. The term “lifetime” refers strictly to this defined duration and does not imply perpetual validity.

22.5 Non-Refundable & Cancellation Policy

All membership purchases are strictly non-refundable.
Once purchased, the membership cannot be refunded, either partially or fully, under any circumstances.

Customers may choose to cancel their membership at any time; however, cancellation does not entitle the customer to any refund, credit, or compensation, and the membership benefits will remain active only until the end of the paid validity period.

22.6 Account Usage & Transferability

Memberships are strictly limited to one customer and one registered account only.
They are non-transferable and may not be shared with family members, friends, or any third party.

Gyros Organic Farms reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership benefits without notice if misuse, account sharing, or suspicious activity is detected.

22.7 Fair Use & Commercial Misuse

Members may place unlimited orders for personal consumption using the membership benefits.
However, the membership is intended strictly for individual consumer use. Any use for bulk buying, resale, commercial redistribution, or misuse of discounts may result in immediate termination of membership benefits without refund.

22.8 Modification of Benefits

Gyros Organic Farms (YBTarget Core Pvt. Ltd.) reserves the right to modify, revise, or discontinue membership benefits, offers, or structure at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be updated on the website and will apply prospectively.

22.9 Final Discretion

All decisions regarding membership eligibility, benefits, misuse, and interpretation of these terms shall rest solely with Gyros Organic Farms (YBTarget Core Pvt. Ltd.), and such decisions shall be final and binding.
