1. OVERVIEW
At Gyros Organic Farms, we work with traditionally made, small-batch food products. Due to the nature of food items, we follow a limited and quality-protective return policy, while ensuring fairness to our customers.
This policy explains the conditions under which returns, exchanges, and refunds are accepted.
2. RETURN / EXCHANGE WINDOW

We offer a 7-day exchange or return window.

You must raise a request within 7 days from the date of delivery of the product.

3. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURN / EXCHANGE (NON-GHEE PRODUCTS)
To be eligible:

The product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging

The invoice must be provided at the time of return pickup

Once used or opened, products become ineligible for return or exchange
4. RETURNS / EXCHANGES ARE ACCEPTED ONLY IN THE FOLLOWING CASES
Returns or exchanges will be accepted only in the unlikely situations below:

You received a damaged product

You received the wrong item

The product was not sealed properly at the time of delivery

The product was expired at the time of delivery
If your request is approved:

The product will be picked up from the same delivery address

You will be informed about the expected pickup date
5. EXCHANGE PROCESS

Once the return pickup is completed and verified,

The replacement product will be shipped within 3–5 business days
6. DELIVERY DISCREPANCIES
In case of any delivery-related issue (missing item, damage, mismatch):

Please notify us within 48 hours of the order being marked as delivered

Requests raised beyond this period may not be accepted
7. IMPORTANT EXCEPTION:
A2 GHEE RETURN & REFUND POLICY
A2 Ghee follows a separate and stricter policy due to its nature as a premium food product.
7.1 Sample-Based Money-Back Guarantee

With every A2 Ghee order (500 ml, 1 L, 5 L, 15 L), a free sample jar (approx. 10–20 ml) is provided

The sample is intended only for tasting, smelling, and satisfaction check
-
The net quantity mentioned on the main jar/container includes the sample quantity
7.2 Allowed Return Window for A2 Ghee

A return request must be raised within 7 days from the date of delivery

Requests beyond this period will not be accepted
7.3 Conditions for 100% Refund on A2 Ghee
A full refund is applicable only if all conditions below are met:

The main jar/container remains completely unopened

The original seal is intact and untampered
-
Only the sample jar has been used

The return request is raised within 7 days of delivery
7.4 Inspection & Quality Verification

Upon receiving the returned main jar/container:

Packaging and seal will be inspected

Ghee will be tested to confirm it matches the original batch

If the product passes inspection, the refund will be approved

If any discrepancy is found, the refund request may be rejected
7.5 Shipping Charges for A2 Ghee Returns

Both forward (delivery) and reverse (return) shipping costs must be borne by the customer

Shipping charges are non-refundable
7.6 Refund Timeline for A2 Ghee

Approved refunds will be processed within 4–5 business days

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
The decision of Gyros Organic Farms (YBTarget Core Pvt. Ltd.) after inspection shall be final and binding.
8. CANCELLATION POLICY

Order cancellations are accepted only if the order has not yet been shipped

If approved, a full refund will be issued

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to:

Stock unavailability

Pricing or listing errors

Incorrect or incomplete customer information

Suspected misuse or fraud

9. REFUND PROCESS (GENERAL)

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified

If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method

Refunds generally reflect within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider
