Why It Tastes Better

Gyros A2 Desi Cow Ghee is made the true, old-style Indian way — with clay pots, slow boiling, hand-churning, and gentle heating.

Milk comes directly from small farmers who keep desi cows at home, not from large commercial gaushalas.
These cows are part of the family — fed naturally, milked with care, and raised in stress-free environments.

The traditional Bilona process ensures real purity:

  1. Fresh milk is boiled slowly for 6 hours in earthen pots

  2. Left to cool naturally

  3. Converted into curd using natural cultures

  4. Curd is hand-churned using a wooden ravaiya

  5. Makkhan (butter) is separated

  6. The makkhan is slow-cooked on a gentle flame until it turns golden

Because nothing is rushed or industrialized, the ghee becomes richer in flavour, deeper in aroma, and naturally granular — just like real homemade desi ghee.

What’s Inside

  • 100% pure A2 milk from Indian desi breeds: Gir, Sahiwal, Kankrej & others.
  • Milk sourced ethically from small village farmers.
  • Slow-cooked in earthen pots for authentic aroma and natural taste.
  • Naturally cultured curd — no chemical starters.
  • Hand-churned using the traditional Bilona method.
  • No preservatives, no added colours, no added flavour.
  • Rich in A2 protein, Omega-3, CLA, calcium, Vitamin A, D, E, and K2.

How It’s Made

The process is completely traditional and slow:

  • Milk is heated on low flame for 6 hours in clay pots.
  • Allowed to cool naturally before curd-making.
  • Natural fermentation overnight — no shortcuts.
  • Morning Bilona churning by village women after a small daily hawan.
  • Fresh makkhan is extracted and cooked slowly until it becomes golden.
  • Ghee is made in micro-units to empower rural women and farmers.
  • Packed without refining or blending — 100% pure A2 ghee.

This is ghee made with devotion, patience, purity, and skill.
