                  How is Our A2 Gir Cow Ghee Made?
First, our fresh Gir cow milk is sourced and batched so each batch can be tested to the highest quality standards.
After that, the milk is fermented into curd. Once fermented, the curd is hand-churned to get butter.
This butter is then slow-cooked under wood fire to remove impurities, leaving us with pure, golden, and aromatic A2 cow ghee.
