Why It Tastes Better

Gyros A2 Gir Cow Ghee is made just like the old Indian villages — with clay pots, wooden churning, slow fire, and lots of patience.

The milk comes from Gir cows raised by small farmers, not commercial dairies. These cows roam freely, are fed naturally, and are treated like family members.
This makes the milk richer, sweeter, and naturally higher in A2 protein.

The traditional process includes:

  1. Slow boiling the milk for 6 hours in earthen pots

  2. Letting it cool naturally

  3. Turning it into curd using natural cultures

  4. Hand-churning the curd using a ravaiya (wooden churner)

  5. Collecting makkhan (butter)

  6. Slow cooking the makkhan until it releases pure golden ghee

Because everything is done by hand and without machines, the ghee becomes richer in colour, deeper in aroma, and beautifully granular.

This is how real Gir cow ghee is meant to taste.

What’s Inside

  • 100% pure A2 milk from naturally raised Gir cows.
  • Milk sourced directly from farmers — no middlemen.
  • Slow-cooked in earthen pots (barosi) to preserve aroma.
  • Naturally fermented curd — no artificial cultures.
  • Hand-churned makkhan using the traditional Bilona method.
  • No preservatives, no colouring, no flavouring.
  • Naturally rich in A2 protein, CLA, Omega-3, calcium, Vitamin A, D, E & K2.

How It’s Made

Gyros keeps the entire process traditional and honest:

  • Milk is heated slowly on a wood-fired stove in earthen pots for 6 hours.
  • Once cooled, it is turned into curd and kept overnight for natural fermentation.
  • In the morning, village women begin by performing a small hawan, keeping the process pure.
  • The curd is churned gently to separate makkhan.
  • Makkhan is slow-cooked to produce ghee with perfect grains.
  • Made in small village units, maintaining freshness and authenticity.
  • Packed without refining or heavy processing — only pure, natural ghee.

This is handmade, small-batch ghee — not factory-made.
