Why It Tastes Better

Gyros A2 Sahiwal Cow Ghee is made using the traditional Bilona process, the same slow, careful method our ancestors used.

Milk comes from Sahiwal cows raised by small farmers, not from large gaushalas. These cows are treated like family members, fed naturally, and milked with care.

The milk is:

  1. Boiled slowly for 6 hours in earthen pots (barosi)

  2. Left to cool naturally

  3. Turned into curd overnight using natural cultures

  4. Hand-churned by village women each morning

  5. Fresh makkhan (butter) is collected

  6. The makkhan is slow-cooked on low heat to form pure golden ghee

Because the ghee is made without machines, pressure, or shortcuts, the flavour becomes richer, the grains become bigger, and the aroma feels warm and homely — just like real grandmother-style ghee.

What’s Inside

  • 100% pure A2 milk from naturally raised Sahiwal cows.
  • Milk collected daily from small farmers — no middlemen involved.
  • Slow-heated in earthen pots for authentic flavour.
  • Naturally cultured curd — no packaged starters.
  • Hand-churned (Bilona) using a wooden ravaiya.
  • No preservatives, no colours, no flavours, no adulteration.
  • Naturally rich in A2 protein, probiotics, CLA, Omega-3, Vitamin A & K2.

How It’s Made

Gyros protects the purity of real Bilona ghee by following each step carefully:

  • Milk is boiled on low flame for 6 hours in clay pots — not steel vessels.
  • Cooled and made into curd naturally.
  • Women micro-entrepreneurs churn the curd each morning after performing a small hawan, keeping the process sacred.
  • Fresh makkhan is extracted and slow-cooked to give rich aroma and granular texture.
  • Fat layers form naturally — no processing, no standardisation.
  • Ghee is made in small village units, ensuring freshness and authenticity.
  • Packed carefully without refining or processing.

This is not factory-made ghee. This is handmade, slow-made, village-made ghee.
